Bully prevention camp.

Portela published this self-defense summer camp for June 5–9, 2023. Those dates have passed. Call the academy about the complimentary week, or about any camp they are running now.

The camp was designed to teach children ages 6–12 how to defend themselves in a safe, clean, and friendly environment. It followed curriculums in situational awareness, ground fighting and self-defense, and standup techniques with takedown prevention. No previous martial arts experience was required.

Parents were asked to provide a water bottle, lunch, and snacks.
