Code of Conduct
Watch this before a first class. It covers the code of conduct on the mat for every level.
Schedule
Classes are scheduled throughout the day so people can attend at a time that fits. Beginner, intermediate, or advanced, each class is tailored to the people in the room.
Classes typically consist of a 15-minute warm-up, 30 minutes of positional technique, and 15 minutes of drilling or training to close out. You are welcome to continue in the open mat sessions which follow the adult classes.
